Hey Rosettes, Happy Women’s History Month. In honor of the celebration, Camille’s Corner is spotlighting the hairstylists changing the game.

Hairstylists have historically played a pivotal role among women. From understanding our twists and curls to creating the looks that make us feel our best, stylists are cherished gems. As we close to kick off the month, we earmarked a special tribute to some of the top Black hair masters who have impacted culture one strand at a time.

Ursula Stephen

She owns the Ursula Stephen Salon in Brooklyn, New York, and has been featured in major publications such as Vogue, Allure, Glamour, and Elle. Stephen also mentors aspiring hairstylists, regularly sharing her knowledge and expertise through education and workshops.
