Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Our gourmet, handcrafted treatments can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system. All sales are final.

If the incorrect information is submitted and we have to reship your package, you will be charged a reship fee of $8.
