Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your gourmet blends. All of our products are mixed fresh to order; therefore, all sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order.

Orders that are damaged during shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS.

For both please enter the following information:
SUBJECT : First/Last Name, Order Number

EMAIL BODY : Please give a detailed description including your name, your order number, what item was damaged or incorrect.

Have a damaged or lost order ?

Was your order damaged or lost in transit?

Your order was damaged or lost in transit and you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been released from our warehouse, Camille Rose is no longer responsible for it.

Rosette Note : Orders that are damaged by shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS. Orders that are incorrect are replaceable by exact product and not by a refund.

Once an order has been shipped and has been lost in transit, that becomes the responsibility of USPS.

Authorized Retailer Returns

If you have purchased from one of our Authorized Retailers / Resellers, you must adhere to their return policy. We are unable to accept returns from retailers.
