1. Eligibility
The Temp Tamer Online Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Camille Rose LLC and other companies associated with the Promotion, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
To be valid, a submission needs to prominently display the Sponsor’s Temp Tamer product, including its front label, in a positive manner for at least five continuous seconds. The Temp Tamer product must be an actual, genuine Temp Tamer product, and not an image or reproduction. Each valid submission must also (a) tag @camillerosenaturals, (b) include the hashtag #sponsored, and (c) include one of these two hashtags: #TempTamer or #TempTamerChallenge.
No submission with any paid likes, comments, or views will be valid. And no submission that violates these terms or TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service will be valid.
2. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Camille Rose LLC, located at 145 Industrial Boulevard, Fort Valley, Georgia 31030. It is intended to promote the Sponsor’s brand of products that are featured on its website, http://www.camillerose.com.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Participation in the Promotion is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on May 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM EDT and ends on June 30, 2025, at 9:00 PM EDT (the “Promotional Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotional Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Promotion by both (a) completing the Temp Tamer Creator Contest form on the Sponsor website https://www.camillerose.com/pages/ulta-temp-tamer and (b) uploading of a qualified video or a link to a qualifying video to that site.
Limit five (5) entries per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Promotional Period, regardless of method of entry. Submissions received from any person, e-mail address, mobile phone number, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
6. Compensation
At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, the Sponsor will review each Submission. Subject to the limits set forth herein, Sponsor will compensate participants for valid entries as follows: Sponsor will pay $500 to each participant whose valid entries received between 10,000 and 99,999 aggregate views during the Promotional Period. Subject to the limits set forth herein, Sponsor will pay $1,000 to each participant whose valid entries received between 100,000 and 999,999 aggregate views during the Promotional Period. And subject to the limits set forth herein, Sponsor will pay $2,500 to each participant whose valid entries received at least 1 million aggregate views during the Promotional Period.
Sponsor’s aggregate compensation to participants will not exceed $50,000. Sponsor will compensate qualifying participants in the order in which they made their submissions to Sponsor. No compensation will be due to any participants, even qualifying participants, who made their submissions after the Sponsor’s receipt of qualifying submissions that, in the aggregate, qualified for $50,000 in payments from Sponsor pursuant to the terms herein.
Sponsor shall have the discretion to decide any issues arising from a dispute concerning the determination of when a submission was made.
No submission may qualify for more than one payment and each submission may only have one eligible participant.
A participant must provide Sponsor with a W-9 statement as a condition precedent to any payment.
All payments by Sponsor pursuant in connection with the Promotion are exclusive of all sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges of any kind imposed by any governmental authority on such amounts. Each participant shall be responsible for any taxes arising from payments earned or incurred in connection with the Promotion.
7. Participant Obligations and Intellectual Property Rights
Each participant must always to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and industry guidelines, including, but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255.
At no time must any participant make any untrue statement in any submission or make any claims or promises of a medical nature about Sponsor’s products. A participant must also not use third party intellectual property in a submission without a valid license to do so for a commercial purpose.
Participant hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to Client to use his or her submission for any purpose. This license includes the right to sublicense, profit from, modify, make derivative works from, publish, and cause others to publish in any forum, media, or platform, the submission, including in advertising, free of claims from participant.
Participant must provide Sponsor with original versions of a submission’s text, images, and videos upon request. And Participant must disable and remove from social media a submission upon Sponsor’s request.
8. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Promotion is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Promotion and, in the event of termination, award no compensation to any participant. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release, Indemnification, and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Promotion, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, or text messages; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or the development of any submission. Participants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to $100, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Participants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
The relationship between Sponsor and participant is that of independent contractors. No aspect of this Promotion confers upon participants the status of an employee or joint venturer.
Participants agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor for any losses it incurs because of Participant’s actual or alleged negligence, infringement of third-party intellectual property, illegal conduct, or willful misconduct.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any payment awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Georgia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
