Never received my order

"I was really looking forward to trying this conditioner for my daughter; however, it was never included in my order. I placed my order during the Black Friday sale, and it was split into two separate shipments. While I received part of the order, this item, the grow grease and the coconut conditioner were missing. I attempted to resolve the issue via email and followed up multiple times but have not received any response or acknowledgment. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service."
