Never Received Souffle and Was Not Refunded
"Zero stars because I ordered this bundle and the souffle was not included. Ordering this bundle is not a deal because it is literally the cost of the four separate items. It is bundled for convenience I guess. I have the shampoo, conditioner and leave in but for over a month I am still missing the souffle. I have reached out to customer service several times. 1/26/26 I was told I would be refunded, it is 2/3/26 and I still haven't received the product, or been refunded, and they have not replied to my last email. I have used Camille Rose exclusively for at least 5 years and have never had an issue. Typically I buy the curl maker and the coconut line. I am so disappointed and I am afraid to order anything else for fear that I will be ripped off and not receive the item or the refund. So if you are interested in this product, buy the items separately or you could be missing parts of the bundle."
