Good product, but order fulfillment needs improvement
"The Aloe Whipped Butter Gel itself is a good product. It moisturizes well and works fine on my hair, although for my low-porosity hair it feels a bit heavier than I prefer. I personally find the Coconut Water Moisturizer lighter and better suited for my hair type. Unfortunately, the issue was with order fulfillment. I originally ordered two different products but received incorrect items multiple times. Instead of receiving the missing Coconut Water Moisturizer, I was sent several duplicate Aloe Whipped Butter Gels, even after the issue was already addressed and refunded. While I appreciate that the company attempted to resolve it, the repeated shipping errors made the experience frustrating. The product itself is usable, but the ordering and replacement process needs better attention to detail."
